Cacao And Berry Smoothie


Hmm… so yesterday I was a bit hungry around breakfast time as always although this was after my yoghurt and coffee so I decided to make a shake and this is what I had in my fridge! 


  • 1/2 teaspoon cacao
  • Banana
  • small handful blueberries
  • 2 strawberries
  • 2 stems brocolini
  • Smidgen natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chia seeds
  • A dash of coconut 
  • Half a cup to a cup of coconut water or plain water 

Blend all together 

Makes a delicious breakfast! 

Tip: Add Chia seeds after you blend so you don’t waste them as they can sometimes get stuck to the blender :)
