Choc-berry Slice is a mixture of white chocolate, milk chocolate and chewy raspberry lollies all rolled into one! A great slice to bring to someone’s house for morning tea.

Ingredients
  1. 1 tin condensed milk
  2. 1 packet arrowroot biscuits
  3. 1 x 250g block strawberry filled chocolate, chopped
  4. 15 soft raspberry lollies
  5. 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  6. 1 cup milk chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. Line or grease a slice tray.
  2. Crush biscuits in food processor.
  3. Combine with condensed milk, chopped strawberry chocolate, lollies and white chocolate.
  4. Press into greased slice tray.
  5. Melt milk chocolate in microwave, watch closely not to burn it.
  6. Pour melted milk chocolate over slice and spread evenly to edges. Refrigerate.
Notes
  1. Before chocolate sets, cut slice into pieces, otherwise you will have a difficult time slicing it and the chocolate will crack.
