  1. English muffins
  2. Bacon, diced
  3. Mushrooms, chopped finely
  4. Capsicum, diced
  5. Grated cheese
  6. Sauce
  7. Butter
  8. Seasoning
  1. Preheat oven or grill to 180oC
  2. In a medium fry pan, melt 10g butter. Add bacon and mushrooms, add a little salt to your taste and fry until brown.
  3. Slice your English muffins down the middle and place into a toaster, toast lightly (they will be going in the grill/oven as well).
  4. Meanwhile dice capsicum and any other ingredients you would like to add to your pizza.
  5. When English muffins are ready, lightly butter them, and spread some tomato sauce over them.
  6. Remove bacon and mushrooms from pan, and sprinkle onto muffins.
  7. Sprinkle some capsicum on top of this and then some grated cheese.
  8. Place into grill or oven on a medium heat, for about 5-10min or until cheese melts.
  1. You could also try adding sun dried tomatoes, olives, chorizo, sliced ham or chicken.
