This quick and easy dip recipe is a tasty one to throw together for a get together at home or can easily be taken with you when you need to ‘bring a plate’.
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- French onion soup powder
- Fresh chives
- Sundried tomatoes
- Or whatever you fancy!
- Combine equal parts cream cheese and sour cream and your chosen flavouring to taste. You can do this in a food processor, blender or mini chopper, or just use a knife or spoon.
- Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks, crackers or whatever you enjoy eating with dips.
- To make it easier to work with, leave the cream cheese on the bench for a while before making this dip, to give it time to soften up.
- You can add more or less sour cream if you prefer a thicker or thinner texture.
