  1. 2 packets mango jelly
  2. 400mls boiling water
  3. 1/3 cup milk
  4. 1/2 cup passionfruit pulp
  5. 1 tin of mandarin segments in syrup
  1. In a medium bowl, dissolve the jelly crystals in boiling water. Place in the microwave for 1 min to ensure all crystals are dissolved. Add the milk and mix well. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to set.
  2. Remove from fridge and pour the passionfruit pulp over the jelly. Pour half of the syrup frpm the mandarin segments. Spread the segments out evenly over the jelly and place back in the fridge to chill.
