Ingredients
  1. 100g sundried tomatoes, drain the oil
  2. 100g salted cashew nuts
  3. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 1/2 cup basil leaves, finely chopped
  5. 1 cup light sour cream
  6. Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Place the sundried tomatoes, cashews, lemon juice and basil leaves in a food processor. Blend until combined.
  2. Add the mixture to the sour cream and mix well using a spoon.
  3. Add some sea salt to taste.
