This is a really healthy & tasty dip! I even like to use it as a sandwhich spread topped with ham or grilled chicken slices.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  2. 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  3. 3 tbs sweet chilli sauce
  4. 1/2 small cucumber finely chopped (into cubes)
  5. Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and chill in the fridge. Do not over mix!
Serving suggestions
  1. Black pepper crackers, carrots, celery, toasted pita bread, toasted grain bread thinly sliced.
