This is a really healthy & tasty dip! I even like to use it as a sandwhich spread topped with ham or grilled chicken slices.
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 tbs sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 small cucumber finely chopped (into cubes)
- Sea Salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients and chill in the fridge. Do not over mix!
- Black pepper crackers, carrots, celery, toasted pita bread, toasted grain bread thinly sliced.
